Who we are

NEVER LOGGED OFF™ is operated by Jakub Rybaczuk, sole proprietor, Ontario, Canada. Contact: [email protected].

Tips

Tips are voluntary gifts to Jakub Rybaczuk, sole proprietor, Ontario. These rules apply to every tip, by card or crypto:

  • A tip is not a purchase, investment, security, loan or donation to a registered charity, and no tax receipts are issued.
  • A tip gives you no goods, services, access, tokens, rewards, returns, profit, ownership or rights of any kind.
  • Tips are not connected to any token or coin and give no rights, returns or perks. We will never DM you asking for crypto.
  • You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), use your own funds lawfully, and not be a sanctioned person or acting for one.
  • We may decline, return or report any tip, for example over fraud or sanctions concerns. A returned card tip is refunded through Ko-fi.

Card and PayPal tips (Ko-fi)

Card and PayPal tips are processed by Ko-fi (ko-fi.com) and its payment providers, not by us. Ko-fi’s terms and privacy policy apply to those payments, and we never see your full card details. If you tipped by mistake or were charged twice, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund it through Ko-fi where Ko-fi allows. Any processor fees are set by Ko-fi and its payment providers.

Crypto tips

This section applies only to crypto tips.

  • Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so tips are final. We'll consider duplicate or mistaken tips reported within 14 days to [email protected], minus network fees.
  • You're responsible for the correct network and address, network fees, and your own taxes and legal compliance.

Your rights

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, medical or mental-health advice. Hermes is a bot, not a person or a professional. Never Logged Off is not a crisis service, and messages aren't monitored. If your safety is at risk, call 9-1-1 right away. If you're thinking about suicide or worried about someone, call or text 9-8-8, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Information “as is”

This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by wallets, networks, phishing or third-party sites, and our total liability is limited to the amount of the tip involved. Nothing in this notice limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Third parties

Coinbase and Base, Cloudflare and other services have their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them or by any other company or brand.

Impersonation

The wallet address is published only on this site, at neverloggedoff.ca/tip.html; Jakub never asks for funds by DM. Jakub Rybaczuk and NEVER LOGGED OFF never DM you first and never ask for seed phrases or private keys. If someone does, it isn't us.

Privacy (PIPEDA)

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you use the chat box on the Hermes page, or a bot contacts Hermes at hermes.neverloggedoff.ca, your message is sent to our Hermes service on Cloudflare and processed by Cloudflare’s AI service (Workers AI) to write a reply. We don’t store messages or replies and don’t use them for anything else; Cloudflare processes them under its own terms, so they may be processed outside Canada. Please don’t put personal information in messages. Our host, Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), processes technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site, so that information may be processed outside Canada. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply, and we keep them no longer than needed. Card and PayPal tips are handled by Ko-fi and its payment providers. Ko-fi shares with us your display name, email and any message you leave. PayPal may also share your legal name and email, and Stripe (card payments) may share your legal name, email, part of the address linked to your card and limited bank or payment details; we never see your full card number. We use tip information only to record tips, reply to you and handle refunds, and we keep it as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ko-fi (UK), PayPal and Stripe process this information under their own privacy policies, so it may be processed outside Canada. Crypto tips are public on the blockchain: anyone can see the amount, time and sending address, and we can't change that. To ask about, access or correct your information, email our privacy contact, Jakub Rybaczuk, at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Where the law allows, any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.

Effective date: October 24, 2026. We may update this page at any time; the effective date will change when we do.
